The East Riding Partnership is an established formal partnership between Humber NHS Foundation Trust, The Alcohol and Drug Service (ADS) and The National Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders (NACRO).
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the addictions service. We are seeking a Recovery Worker who will take the responsibility of being part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting a complex patient group in their Recovery journeyThe post holders will work out of the East Riding Partnership "West Hub" based at Goole.
This will provide a seamless service in a multi-agency and multi-disciplinary approach to substance misuse treatment and support Signposting to appropriate services within the East Riding Partnership, community services and other organisations.
The aim of this role is to help the patients get the right service, at the right time and in the right place.
This may be for screening, health promotion, community detoxification or connecting with the wider community to achieve a meaningful recovery.
