    The Role
    Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary operational point of contact for everyone within the organisation
  • Responsible for maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures
  • Getting involved in document reviews and drafting as part of the operations team
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors for all our office needs, including purchasing of equipment and supplies and sourcing and negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring all staff are well equipped, both in the UK and overseas
  • Assisting with recruitment for various hiring managers across the company including diary management and interviews
  • Work within the ISMS team to ensure that Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability training is maintained for everyone in the company.
  • Supporting other departments by undertaking project work; such as marketing and sales including Public Relations, Brand and Salesforce maintenance for which training will be provided.
  • Organise company initiatives such as charity pushes and social & Field events, both virtual and inperson
  • Assisting to creating a culture of innovation and recognition

Required Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Competent with Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel, preferred knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Demonstrate initiative and professionalism at all times
  • Flexibility cando attitude required to cover a variety of tasks
  • Attention to Detail
  • Time spent in similar role
  • Effective team player
