We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join and support the Sales teams across our 3 offices in Central London.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
- Provide administration of legal documentation for sales from valuation stage through to invoicing
- Providing administration support to the sales teams (Directors, Managers and Negotiators)
- Working closely with the AML officers across the 3 sites to make sure all checks are in place, correct policies are adhered to and that we remain compliant
- Assisting with the coordination of appointments for the team
- Offering support to other Administrators within the network as and when required
- Assisting with marketing, to include advertising, social media, window cards, brochures, newsletters etc
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Positive and proactive mindset
- Organised with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise
- Working as part of a team

There will be a great opportunity to grow and expand this role, branching into Lettings Administration to support our Lettings Teams, keeping up to date with legislation and becoming more involved in compliance for the offices.

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
