Beautiful setting for this well established company in the Cotswolds.
Hybrid working offered but ideally 3 days in the office initially.
Very competitive salary offered dependent on experience and portfolio.
Holidays starting on 25 days and rising to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays.

The Role
Your responsibilities will revolve around advising clients about general insurance within the retail and commercial sectors and will include|:

Proposing advice to clients in a professional manner and adhering to all aspects that are stipulated by the Regulator and the Company to ensure compliance.

Dealing with renewals, MTA's and claims

Adhering to the companies goal by demonstrating excellent communication skills and providing expert advice and guidance to customers in aspects of risk management and insurance portfolio.

Negotiating terms on behalf of our clients with underwriters and the compilation of risk submissions to present to underwriters.
Issuing insurance registers, summarising the scope of insurance cover.
Processing commercial claims in line with service level agreements.|

Presenting reports to existing and potential clients, issuing risk presentations and providing advice to customers on how to deal with risks.

Complying at all times with the requirements of Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FCA rules.

This role will requires someone with excellent commercial awareness, the ability to negotiate and advise, good judgement and communication skills and outstanding organisation.
