Are you an experienced Project Implementation Manager looking for permanent role? Are you keen to join a dynamic and successful organisation? This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills within a true project management role.

Working within the Customer Success team, you will project manage delivery of client onboardings to achieve key milestones for Enterprise accounts.

You will be scoping client requirements and designing project plans in consultation with internal and externalstakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for the client until implementation of these programmes are complete.

You will also check progress and gather updates from internal teams in order to ensure the client programme runs to agreed timelines untillaunch date.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have experience in a client-facing environment, within large B2B key accounts.

  • Management of project scope, timeline, resources and budget
  • Accountability for assigned tasks/deliverables
  • The ability to listen and guide clients to decisions
  • Solution specifications are accurate and executed to client expectations
  • Clear, concise and professional communication skills
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Anticipation of potential questions/roadblocks/risks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • SaaS industry experience
