This After Sales Manager will coordinate and manage the After Sales Team, assuring an excellent performance of the team and the service they provide.

Your will Resolve incidents and repairs, both through internal field service team and 3rd party services,ensure support to the Sales department, satisfaction of the internal and external clients and detect new business opportunities.

Our client is a multinational manufacturer of high performance products.

Based out of their Bradley Stoke office, they are now looking for an After Sales Manager to improve the performance of the team, to ensure customer satisfaction.


Description
The key duties and responsibilities of this After Sales Manager role include

  • Supervise and follow up internal process to assure proper management, including registration, follow up and closure of technical incidents raised in the internal system, the identification and registering of information that promotes continuous improvement(fault ratios new products and guarantees, refunds under guarantee, spare part consumption, etc.) and coordinate the implementation of dispute procedures.
  • Receive, process, and ensure the resolution of queries and incidents, coordinate with other departments and communicate the outcome to the Client.
  • Identify problems and facilitate all the information the analysis of causes for the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Visit clients and give training and technical support to their technical and commercial departments.
  • Supervise the technical documents and the training programmes for the team.
  • Coordinate the training in new products for the team.
  • Identify appropriate technical partners and reach profitable agreements covering all the geography according to the strategic Sales plans, achieving service level agreements in accordance with target customer's needs.
  • Plan and coordinate the team in accordance with the defined objectives and procedures, and conducting the corresponding follow up.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000
