About the role:


Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Reception Administrator is part of our Property Services Team providing administrative support to the team and undertaking reception duties for our Support Hub.

Some of the key responsibilities are below but please see the job description for more information:

  • Provide a professional and efficient administration service.
  • Provide receptionist and office coordination duties to our Support Hub in Tiverton.
  • Provide a professional minuting service to identified meetings within the organisation.
  • Maintain property related documentation to ensure compliance with systems.
  • Coordinate and undertake archiving of company documentation.

What skills you will need:


  • Sound previous generalist experience of administration, collation of business data & correspondence.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Excel / Word and other areas of Microsoft Office 365 (or later versions).
  • Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • The ability to use your initiative and highlight any concerns identified.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • A sense of humour
