Golden Lane Housing have an exciting opportunity for a Lease Contracts Coordinator.

This is a 12 month fixed term, full time (37.5 hours per week) role and is based from our Manchester Office.

This is a key role within the organisation.

Working as part of the Communications and Involvement Team you will be responsible for creating, developing, supporting and delivering the organisation's approach to tenant involvement, ensuring that our tenants voices are listened to and services reflect tenants' needs.

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive.

You will be an excellent communicator and committed to supporting people with a learning disability.

Experience of delivering tenant involvement initiatives and associated activities to empower tenants to contribute to and scrutinise services.
Experience of working with people with a learning disability
Great communication skills
Ability to work alone using own initiative
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and with a wide range of groups and people
Experience of planning and delivering training and support
