We are looking for a Electrical Fittings Out Operative to work at our manufacturing Site in Sherburn.


The main function of a Electrical Fit Out Operative is to make sure that all appropriate fittings are manufactured in time to keep the production line moving.


The Key Responsibilities of the role Include:

  • Working Safely to set company procedures.
  • Follow Engineering Drawings and instructions as directed by the Team Leader
  • Install 2nd Fit Equipment Panels, lighting, Bespoke equipment.
  • Mechanically Install cable management systems within Severstor units/modules
  • Assist with site Maintenance if required.


You will be responsible for the safe use off all hand and fixed tools that will be issued to you as part of your daily work.


There will be a large element of "housekeeping" in this position including, managing stock levels, tool management and planning-ahead for the following days workloads.


To be successful in this position we are looking for applicants with a good level of numeracy and IT skills, but also with good organisational skills.

It is preferable if you have previous Fit out experience, but full training will be provided.

Hours of work are 37.5 Hours Per Week.

07:00 - 15:00 Monday

  • Friday with 30 minutes unpaid break each day
