Introduction to the RoleA.C. Whyte and Co. Ltd have ambitious plans for the future. Our Central Office team is actively seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join the business.
We are looking for a professional Business Support Administrator to join our expanding team who has previous experience within this role.
It is crucial that our 'Quality as Standard' ethos is reflected in all areas of our business therefor it is pivotal for the success of this role that you are self motivated with a meticulous eye for detail.

Essential Skills- Meeting and greeting all visitors, including screening all calls and relaying messages in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage meeting room bookings for all internal and external clients ensuring all catering needs are arranged.
- Complete a monthly stock take and replenish all Central Office consumables.
- You will support across multiple Central Office departments with varied administration tasks:
- Data entry
- Photocopying and filing
- Prestart administration and filing
- Liaising with external vendors and clients
- Customer bookings
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
