Product Specialist - DCIQ and Datix Web

  • 12 Month Contract
  • Market Leader in SaaS into Healthcare
  • Home based.


Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, the Product Specialist will understand not only how our temporary staffing customers operate with our solutions today, but how they will need to operate in the future.


With a focus upon DCIQ and Datix Web but also contributing towards Flex, our next-generation contingent workforce solution, and activities in non-UK markets, this is an exciting opportunity for creative, action-oriented individual who is keen to make a difference to our business and customers.


Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Product Specialist will establish and nurture collaborative relationships with customers and other healthcare bodies to grow a broad and deep understanding of problems and product requirements.

This shall allow the identification of new value, benefits and features that can be realised through product development.


You will be responsible for**:


  • Analysing customers, competitors, and broader market trends to inform recommendations for product development.
  • Defining product feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Tracking and report on product roadmap delivery progress
  • Improving the measurement of customer adoption and return on investment.
  • Defining product roadmap concepts for consideration as part of annual planning process

You will be able to demonstrate.

  • Where you have collaborated with Internal and External stakeholders
  • Experience working in an agile software development approach (ideal)
  • Experience in requirements gathering.
  • Motivated to learn new skills
  • Is a quick study able to come up to speed quickly and accurately?
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Moderate to strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with external engagement (customers, partners)
