We are looking for an
Executive Assistant who can bring experience to feed into the evolution of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the smooth running of the London Office, responsible directly to the Managing Partner, including meeting and greeting guests
- Responsible for the oversight of all IT equipment for all staff and ensure that this is appropriate for the business
- Working closely with the Office Manager to assist with PA/EA duties
- Adhoc projects and administrative tasks as required
- Managing and maintaining Partner/Director calendar and schedule of internal and external meetings across multiple time zones acting as the point of contact between Directors/Clients and Managing Partner
- To work directly with the Managing Partner and Executives in taking minutes during meetings, ensuring that all documentation is kept confidential
- Researching and organising data to represent senior management, collation of all relevant documents from Finance/Operations and Legal at the behest of the Managing Partner
- Oversight of all complex domestic and international travel arrangements made by the Office Manager to ensure that they meet the changing needs of the Executive/Partners
- To plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Executives/Partners priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practice upheld
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and offsite
Qualifications/Experience:
- University Level education preferred and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Role reporting to Executive/Director level positions
- Experienced in calendar management, research, use of CRM systems, working across varying business fields and have flexibility regards working hours to meet the needs of the business
Capabilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a fast paced environment. You must be flexible in your approach to work to meet the need of a growing business.
- Time management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced and diverse environment
- To be IT savvy with the ability to support other team members as necessary in completing a variety of special projects as directed by the Managing Partner/Partners
- You must be comfortable interacting with high level executives, be eager and energetic to tackle new projects and be aware of or have worked within the Mergers and Acquisitions field previously.
Salary:
£52,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
