STORE MANAGER - ITALIAN SPEAKER

LUXURY MENSWEAR ITALIAN BRAND BASED IN MAYFAIR

THE COMPANY:

Wellestablished international italian menswear brand
Flagship Store
Luxury RTW, Leather Accessories, and Shoes

THE ROLE:

Store Manager, you will work to ensure the store achieves targets, delivers results, commercial and operational excellence, and a premium customer service experience.

THE CANDIDATE:

Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Driving and supporting team with sales
Providing excellent customer service
Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 5 years experience in a management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
Excellent leadership skills and qualities
Energetic, personable, confident with CRM building and Managament
Selfmotivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
Strong organisational and decisionmaking skills

SALARY:

Up to £40,000 per year
Bonus and excellent benefits
