Park Street People is partnering with an innovative and patient focused fertility business looking to establish their first clinic in the UK and disrupt the established fertility sector.


Led by a Board of international fertility experts and with key talent secured within embryology, the business is recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their team in London.


With an emphasis on patient care and a focus on bringing affordable fertility treatment to a broad customer basis in the UK, you will be overseeing the Quality Management System for the business as well as providing leadership and monitoring quality standardsand procedures in accordance with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation of quality management system plans and policies in line with HFEA guidelines
  • Delivering quality audit plans and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to implement or change practices
  • Continually assessing emerging quality policies to determine its impact in the IVF industry
  • Preparing and reviewing SOPs
  • Ensuring risk management and risk reporting processes are in place

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Quality Systems management role ideally within the fertility sector
  • Qualification in NHS Risk Management or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of theoretical and practical fertility laboratory procedures
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Great understanding of quality management and regulatory guidelines within the fertility sector
  • Strong attention to detail and great problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
