Your new role


Working under the guidance of the Digital Commerce Manager, this role will support activities that help grow digital channel revenues across the WB Games portfolio for games and DLC content.

This will require close collaboration with the Digital Commerce Manager, to partner with internal stakeholders and store front retail partners such as SONY PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo.


The Digital Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the regional Digital Commerce team, International territories and the wider Global Digital Commerce team to deliver on our commercial goals.

This will involve supporting the planning process for digital Store promotions across all our content such as Hogwarts Legacy, Gotham Knights, Mortal Kombat and our extensive catalogue of product.

The role will also play a significant part in analysing performance and delivering key insights and learnings that influence future activity.


This role will support the commercial goals of the WB Games organisation and involve direct communications with external stakeholders, such as SONY and Nintendo as well as internally with various regional and global teams.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Digital Commerce Manager in the planning of digital promotions across the full WB Games product portfolio for console and PC
  • Ownership of the of key digital databases that drive the team's decision making, ensuring these are kept up to date and the accuracy of the data
  • Using data, assess the postperformance of digital promotions and assist in making recommendations for the future as well as communicating these learnings to regional & global stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning, approval, and submission process of future promotional plans across multiple digital platform store fronts.
  • Support coordination efforts with the US Digital Commerce team to ensure global optimisation
  • Liaise with external platform Store teams including SONY, Xbox, and Nintendo.
  • Support the coordination of digital promotions with Digital Trade media buys on the console Stores
  • When required, in conjunction with the Digital Media and Marketing team, assist in the briefing, approval and delivery of assets for Digital Trade media campaigns
  • Provide additional adhoc support to the Digital Commerce Manager as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience within a commercial role
  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational details and self autonomy,with good planning and prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively, and efficiently work towards deadlines
  • A team player and able to build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders
  • Must be able to communicate accurately & effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when required
  • An interest in gaming; some experience preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
