Description

I am a bubbly and intelligent 28-year-old man who lives at home with my mum and dad. I have a condition called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and I require assistance with all daily living activities.

I am looking for a friendly, caring personal assistant.

Driving license required

The role will require you to support me for a few hours within my home and community throughout the week.

I require support with completing personal care while using moving and handling equipment.

The hours of care I am currently needing support with between the hours of 9am - 9pm. The days required are Tuesday 3- 9pm, Thursday - 9pm, Friday 3.30-9pm Saturdays and Sundays 10-4pm

The total hours of care are approximately 30hrs a week

The hourly pay is £17.50 per hour

This is a home-based role with all training provided.
