We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant. You would be covering dual locations in London(SE14 6LA and W1W 5DB) and would be splitting your working days between these two sites as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Handyman services to the students such as changing lightbulbs, painting / re decoration, basic plumbing, General repairs
Manage any General repairs onsite such as Communal spaces / stairwells / corridors / Fire Doors
Day to day contractor management such as escorting any contractors and ensuring all relevant paperwork is received
Health and Safety tasks such as Weekly Fire Alarm testing, Emergency Lighting testing, Legionella testing including temperature checks and weekly flushing of outlets
Add / Close Maintenance tasks into the Housing Management system and also run daily reports
Work with the General Manager and the Building Manager to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Requirements.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Providing excellent customer service to Residents & other stakeholders

- be available out of hours when needed to deal with emergencies.
