We are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing online sales team. Are you looking for a chance to improve your career and take it to the next level? Are you a parts advisor looking for something new and exciting?


Based in our Distribution centre in Doncaster you will be part of a team responsible for the sale of Car Parts, Accessories, Merchandise and Clothing on our industry leading online brands - Car Accessories Plus, Partsworld-UK, Stoneacre Direct and TPX Workwear.


We are seeking an individual with a customer first attitude and a passion for cars who will be a team player to ensure the success and continual growth of our online operations.

Simply, it will be down to you to ensure that every customer order runs as smoothly as possible.

From the second our customers click the link on any one of our online platforms, to the moment their order is placed, picked, packed, and dispatched.

You'll take pride in creating and maintaining their customer experience, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the
Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a Digital Sales Advisor

  • Ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time.
  • Processing returns and packing orders.
  • Taking product images and creating accurate descriptions.
  • Researching new product lines using data driven tools and methods.
  • Maintain our online reputation at every customer touch point.
  • Work as a team player in a fastpaced environment to meet targets.
  • Assisting with warehouse operations when required.

About you

  • You will have experience selling via online platforms such as Shopify, Ebay & Etsy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Keyloop (CDK, Autoline, Kerridge) would be advantageous.
  • You will be a strong team player.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy highpressured environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
