APC Accountancy is a growing accounting practice based in Middlesbrough close to the Town Centre, providing a comprehensive accounting and business advisory service to a portfolio of clients across a wide range of different industries and sectors.

As your experience develops within the role, you will take on increasing responsibility for wider client service delivery, which will include Accounts and tax return preparation, Bookkeeping and VAT return preparation, and general assistance, advice, help and support to colleagues and clients.

Work is interesting and varied, and the role will give you the opportunity to work with and advise a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, and will include private clients, business owners and directors.

You may be AAT qualified/part qualified or studying, or have developed a career entirely through experience, coming with a background working in the accountancy practice sector.

Comfortable working as part of a team or independently, you will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with knowledge and experience of accounting software.

Strong organisation and time management skills, coupled with a solution focused and a positive "can do" attitude are also pre-requisites for the role.
