This is a newly created post designed to provide some clinical expertise and leadership in the provision of specialist learning disability nursing care for adults with learning disabilities who have Complex Physical Health (CPH) needs

The post holder will:
- have developed relevant expertise, either as an ACP or through demonstrable and sufficient experience/training in supporting people with a learning disability who have CPH needs.
- support the community learning disability CPH nursing teams, across three London boroughs (Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich),
- support the development and implementation of nursing care pathways, aligning nursing practice across the three CPH (Complex Physical Health) nursing teams.
