HR Assistant - Braintree

- Support the HR Manager with HR activities
- Process starters, leavers & changes on HR system
- Assisting to create/amend policies and procedures
- Payroll data collation and input
- Generate HR Correspondence and provide an efficient HR administration service.
- Run reports and generate information required to analyse HR data.
- Coordinate recruitment process organising of interviews, offers, contracts, set up inductions for new starters.
- Ensure starter paperwork is completed
- Coordinate and record training activities
- Analyse absence data to ensure that absence management procedures are followed.
- Support the HR Manager in dealing with various HR tasks as required
- Ensure that HR records and filing are maintained and up to date.
You:
- Discreet and confidential
- Strong administrative experience ideally in a similar role
- A good understanding of HR/Recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid IT skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- Team player
- Available for a quick start
