HR Assistant - Braintree

c£24/25kplus benefits and study support

  • Support the HR Manager with HR activities
  • Process starters, leavers & changes on HR system
  • Assisting to create/amend policies and procedures
  • Payroll data collation and input
  • Generate HR Correspondence and provide an efficient HR administration service.
  • Run reports and generate information required to analyse HR data.
  • Coordinate recruitment process organising of interviews, offers, contracts, set up inductions for new starters.
  • Ensure starter paperwork is completed
  • Coordinate and record training activities
  • Analyse absence data to ensure that absence management procedures are followed.
  • Support the HR Manager in dealing with various HR tasks as required
  • Ensure that HR records and filing are maintained and up to date.

You:


  • Discreet and confidential
  • Strong administrative experience ideally in a similar role
  • A good understanding of HR/Recruitment processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid IT skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Team player
  • Available for a quick start
