What we need from you


Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager of our Inverness Region, you will work closely as part of our Operational team alongside our Commercial function to coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel.

Our Senior Site Managers manage thesite and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy.


In addition, we are looking for:

  • You will need the right to work in the UK.
  • Are you an experienced site manager with a sound technical understanding of construction?
  • You will have a qualification or the skills and experience at SCQF Level
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Quality; how it is monitored and documented as the project progresses.
  • SMSTS and First Aid at Work are essential operational certifications.
  • Preferably, you will be able to demonstrate experiencing in managing traditional and design & build contracts up to the value of £5m.
  • You will need to be able to drive and provide a full UK Driving Licence.
