Design / Technical Manager based in Surrey for their new region that focuses on
Special Projects.
Known for their many decades of experience and expertise within the residential sector, they provide tailored designs for each of their projects to the highest of quality using some of the best technology in the UK.This newregion purely focused on the remediation works of legacy building projects.

Skills Required:
- Degree qualified
- Experience working in new build residential
- Ability to monitor and review drawing process
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong selfmanagement
