We are searching for
An amitious
Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Chateau Denmark. The backbone of the team that make everything happen, our Housekeeping Supervisors oversee the moments that make the mood. Matching luxury with revelry, they'll help drive the next chapter of waking up or staying up in London.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be the guardian of our guests' overall housekeeping experience.

While simultaneously, displaying a passion and pride for continuously presenting and maintaining one of core brand values, ensuring the rooms and apartments are kept in the most flawless fashion.

Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.


As a highly valued team member you'll be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards.

Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.


Your profile

  • Passion for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Being an excellent team player, and have an outstanding communication and guest facing skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position.

Your duties

  • Greeting guests.
  • Effectively managing guest request.
  • Supervise the cleaning and maintaining the standards of all rooms and public areas.
  • Supervise the progress of tasks undertaken by the department.
  • Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
  • Facilitate trainings for team members and new starters.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with the wider district and community.
  • Updating status of guest rooms on communication apps.
  • Comply with hotel safety and security.
  • Carry out lost property procedure.
  • This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs.
