Description

Leading retailer in Reading are seeing a Warehouse manager for their busy store to effectively manage the stock and warehouse.

This is for a new store opening soon.

  • You will lead and manage a small warehouse team ensuring you maximise performance and achieve KPIs and standards
  • Set and communicate your team's objectives during daily performance briefings, highlighting areas of focus
  • Hold monthly 121s with each of your team members to review their performance levels, development needs and support in development activities
  • Ensure your team are 100% compliant with our H&S, warehouse & cleaning procedures, processes and quality standards
  • Mange deliveries, prepare stock for shop floor organise customer orders
Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Experience of working in a fastmoving warehouse as team leader / supervisor or manager
  • Experience of managing a team warehouse operative
  • Experience of managing warehousing regulatory H&S checks and procedures
  • Experience of managing industrial relations
