Responsibilities:
- Work with the property manager or landlord to achieve a smooth and profitable sale or lease of a property.
- Prepare and review any legal documents to ensure the safety and security of both the tenants and the owner.
- Prepare financial documents and calculate the profitability of a deal.
- Reconcile customer accounts.
- Manage client expectations when closing a deal.
Salary:
£18,496.00-£19,663.00 per year
