Transcriber Liaison Support
Reporting To:

Hours of Work (Hybrid role):
9.00am - 5.30pm
Role and Responsibilities
Outlined below are the key responsibilities for the Transcriber Liaison Support.
Operations
- Work from a daily workflow report to monitor the return of transcripts from the transcriber panel and communicating to the transcriber panel where necessary.
- Assist the allocation of dictations to the selfemployed panel in a timely manner ensuring that files are prioritised according to customer SLAs.
- Support the department in the resolution of operational issues or security nonconformances.
- Respond to customer and supplier queries promptly.
- Manage the recruitment process transcribers to the panel.
- Design of new transcriber recruitment process.
- Nurture transcriber onboarding process, ensuring transcriber job satisfaction.
Technical support
- Act as a first line IT support for any transcriber queries, via video call / call.
- Supporting the IT department to design a simple and secure transcriber technical process.
Information Security
- Must understand and comply with Accuro's Information Security Policy and associated guidance.
- Must undertake mandatory quarterly data security training and understand:
- What information you are using, how it should be protectively handled, stored and transferred.
- What procedures exist for the sharing of information with others.
- How to report a suspected beach of information security within the organisation.
- Your responsibility for raising any information security concerns with the Data Protection Officer.

Salary:
£26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
