To develop a rapport with patients, to encourage and motivate them to participate in meaningful activity (in either group work or individual work)

  • To contribute to the development and implementation of a creative and innovative activities program responsive to the varying needs of the patient group
  • To work within the multidisciplinary to ensure post holder is aware of each individual patients care and treatment pathway and all staff are working towards the same goals
