Our firm is seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities and the ability to ensure a good working environment for all employees.


A Site Supervisor is required to make sure that employees are following company policies, that they are well-trained, and that they have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

This position requires someone who can effectively work well with other team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Make sure that employees perform their jobs correctly.
  • Communicate with contractors and coworkers to make sure everyone works together.
  • Manage the needs of the job site
  • Make sure that client's needs are being met
  • Point of contact for site/client change in requirements in new work content
  • Oversight of 247 Job Information Packs & associated training
  • Generate site specific report and generate data analysis templates
  • Completion of Site Supervision Task Adherence Checks
  • Escalation of abnormal conditions with 247 and Customer Structure
  • Team leader/Supervisor coaching and succession planning
  • Point of out of hours escalation for site/s of responsibility

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.00-£13.50 per hour
