Job Summary

This roles deals with all aspects of transportation needs for our customers, from processing bookings to dealing with a range of customer enquiries including offering advice on journey lengths & providing cost estimates as well as making any amendments or cancellations at the customers request.

All of which are to be handled accurately and to be dealt with in a professional manner at all times.

Customer requests are received via inbound telephone calls.

Working with our bespoke computer system, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Our customer base is exceptionally diverse therefore this brings a good deal of variety to the role.

This role is working from home but you must be located in or around Aberdeen. You will be provided with brand new equipment in order for you to carry out your duties. The business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


Hours we require are:


Monday, Wednesday & Friday , Tuesday & Thursday Hours - Permanent)

Tuesday & Thursday , Friday & Saturday Hours - Permanent)

Sunday & Monday , Tuesday & Wednesday & Thursday Hours - Temporary)

Main responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls from our customers, handling all requests professionally, accurately & efficiently
• Escalate any customer complaints or feedback

General

• To communicate in an efficient and professional manner with the rest of the team
• To undertake such other suitable tasks as may from time to time be required

• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Attention to detail as accurate data entry is essential
