Maintenance Supervisor - Responsive | Voids | Planned works

37 hours per week | This post comes with the option of a Company Van.

The role:

Provide the technical expertise in the delivery of the positive property management service and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the clients maintenance service

Resident participation in the management and decision making of the services being delivered

Deliver Technical Support and line management of the day to day repairs and voids team ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer focus.

Ensure all works and contracts comply with Health and Safety and other relevant legislation

To specify works and record findings for day to day repairs and Voids
Carry out pre and post void inspections to include carry out detailed specification of works
To manage day to day and Void repair contracts for the repairs and maintenance service
To carry out and produce risk assessments.
