Administrator/Receptionist
We are looking for a full time Administrator/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and experience of supporting all activities that facilitate the smooth day to day running of a busy office.
Your responsibilities will include:
greeting visitors both over the phone and face to face, typing, diary management, management of petty cash, ordering stationery and general office/administration duties.
Applicants should have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, strong IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and knowledge of Sage Practice Solutions and Sage Line 50 is also desirable.
