Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card transactions
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and goals

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions
Problemsolving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
