Description

Our client, a leading large scale engineering firm in Nottingham, requires a high profile yet hands on Finance Director to support the business through an imminent IPO.

You will have experience of leading a business through an IPO, whilst supporting the business through all the internal changes that come with such a transition.

This is also a very hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day finance and leading a team of 4 people in finance.

This is an office-based role so you will need to be located within a sensible commute from Nottingham.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of success of an IPO, whilst also having the hands-on approach to day to day finance within the business.

You will also thrive on fast-paced, high pressure environments.
