Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our market leading client in Trowbridge, who are actively seeking to engage a
Team Leader to join their dynamic team.


What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for effectively leading your team of production operatives, to achieve the highest standards of quality.

  • Lead and always motivate the overall production team to the highest possible levels of performance
  • Operation and fully changeover of a variety of machinery in compliance with the Company's regulations and guidelines
  • To promptly highlight equipment malfunction to the engineering team and support where needed

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working as a Team Leader in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
  • Takes accountability, is responsible for their own work and works collaboratively to support others
  • Excellent planning and organisational capability
- full knowledge and understanding of Operations KPI

  • Good IT skills Ms Word & Excel

What you will receive in return:

  • Fixed Shift AM to 15.00PM
  • £25,16
  • Fixed Shift PM to 23.00PM
  • £28,943
