Your colleagues will include internationally recognized experts in machine learning research as well as highly experienced finance and technology professionals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee corporate bond executions from an automated trading system
Quantitatively research and improve the quality of execution
Contribute to the codebase underlying automated trading operations
Provide insight and expertise to the research and development staff

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in fixed income trading or trade support
A high level of quantitative and technical skills
Demonstrable clarity of thought (not optional)

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in a technical discipline
Experience working in partnership with quantitative researchers and/or other technical staff
Established counterparty trading relationships
Deep understanding of credit execution venues and market microstructure
