Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our automotive products and services.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately using our customer service and order management systems.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports to support the overall operations of the customer service and administration department.
Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service and administration, preferably within the automotive industry.
Deep understanding of automotive products, parts, and services, including industry terminology and common customer concerns.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Salary depends on experience, individually negotiated.

Pay starting from £25000 PA opportunity to develop personal skills and pay rise along with experience. Commission and bonusses available.

Working hours including 1h breaks. Rotating Saturdays 7-12 paid as overtime.
