Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our client based in Hillington, who are looking for a temporary Administrator on a full-time basis.

This role is for around 1-2 months.

  • Form Weekly Whereabouts.
  • Create various reports such as SSE report, Faults Report & modernization reports.
  • Upload any billed jobs to SPEN NAMS.
  • Invoicing as required.
  • Update/monitor billing registers.
  • Raise contract sales orders.
  • Sent out letters weekly
  • Answer site design phone calls and manage inbox (including invoicing).
  • Answer Proforma phone calls and manage inbox.
  • Raise receipt purchase orders (including transport).
  • Raise subcontractor orders and post subcontractor valuations.


This role will be on a full time basis, Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2.30pm.

This role has a pay rate of £10.50 per hour.
