Customer Service Advisor

LE2, Aylestone


Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm


Salary:
£20,000-£26,000


Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in the Aylestone area of Leicester.

The company are a established business, a leader in their field, who distribute products across the world.


As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls
  • Replying to cusomers via live chat
  • Processing orders on a computer system
  • Chasing deliveries
  • Answering any questions on products (training given)
This is a permanent role.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

In person
