    Description

    CRP Group are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator on behalf of their client, the fastest growing de-vegetation and rope access provider in the UK.

    The business seeks a Senior Administrator with HR capabilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office. This role is based in their head office in Middlesbrough, five days a week.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Oversight of day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
    • Management of schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior management.
    • Preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
    • Maintenance of accurate and confidential records, both digital and physical.
    • Coordination and management of key administrative projects to support business objectives.

    Human Resources Support

    • Assistance with recruitment processes, including drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing contracts.
    • Management of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Support for payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee records and timely submissions.
    • First-line HR support to employees, addressing queries and escalating complex issues.
    • Maintenance of HR records and compliance with employment laws and GDPR.
    • Contribution to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Great attention to detail when completing tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with HR support experience.
    • A professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
