Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Keep track of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kidderminster, DY11 6XP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service (preferred)
