Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
  • Keep track of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kidderminster, DY11 6XP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service (preferred)
