We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis.

During your shift, you will be required to provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and offer emotional support to residents in need.

£168.36

As a Care Assistant, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £168.36, paid through the
PAYE system for your convenience.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including meal times and recreational activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and resident interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members.

Job Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
