Description
We are looking to build a multi-skilled team to make the buildings our customers live in safer.Whilst no specific prior training is necessary the right people to compliment our team will be reliable, honest and hard working, personable, methodical, quick learners, have an eye for detail and be able to fill out inspection checklists on our App.
Our buildings vary in size so sometimes you may be working alone, but more often you will be on site with others, as part of a team.
No previous training is necessary as we are looking to build a multi skilled team that can carry out a range of inspections including fire doors, general risks, emergency lights and housekeeping standards and the like, by taking photos and filling out our App Checklist(s) to ensure we maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections that evidence quality on site and schedule works required.
Because some of this involves entering customer premises you must have great spoken english, be clean and presentable and respectful of others homes.
Training & Mentoring
The role:
As a Mobile Property Inspector you will be accountable for:
- Working to a pre-planned schedule of inspections across London and beyond
- Travelling to various sites to conduct inspections
- Completing checklists and taking photos to evidence standards and/or compliance with regulations
- Delivering a professional experience to our customers.
- Be able to plan their route and daily travel to arrive on location, on time throughout Greater London and occasionally intercity
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
- Be friendly and approachable
- Be confident using App based Checklists
- Pass our paid training & induction programme
- Have good references
PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST HOLD A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE
