PA/Office Manager

Based in Sidcup office

Monday to Friday

8am - 4pm one week, 9am - 5pm the next week

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Main Duties and responsibilities:


HR -
Full inductions of new staff. Getting all paperwork signed and setting up new staff on all of our software.

Running all necessary checks on the new employee DBS, DVLA etc

Setting up probations/appraisals / Work anniversaries in the diary

Dealing with any accidents at work


OFFICE -
Paying any charities and arranging work events with our charity for our staff

Arranging the Christmas Party every year

Sending out company Memo's and notes from Meetings

Updating all keyholders and ensuring keys are where they are meant to be

Setting up new parking permits with the local council

Updating all stationary required, signage and PPE


RECRUITMENT -
Membership to Linkedln and searching for new employees

Dealing with Recruitment agencies

Updating / Keeping CV library


SOCIAL MEDIA -
Updating new events on our Website and Facebook and social media.

Updating content on the company website

Managing Google adwords


Telephones and IT -
Adding new staff mobiles to the contract

Dealing with new contract upon renewal

Updating all landline handsets and BT Line


VEHICLES-
Dealing with all admin involved with running the fleet of vehicles'. charges, vehicle maintenance, leasing

Dealing with insurance companies for vehicles and business in general.


COMPANY EVENTS
Sending invites

Compiling numbers

Sorting venues

Arranging tickets

Sorting payment
