Work for an international company as a Customer Service Representative
(Fluent French) within the manufacturing and production industry.


Description

Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative (Fluent French)

  • Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, cocoordinating between the customer and company
  • Process and tracking orders, keeping customers updated
  • Be proactive with customer opportunities through a developed sales approach, providing quotations, following up and upselling
  • Keep accurate customer records

MUST have SAP

  • Ideally customer focused experience, from a Manufacturing background
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships

Job Offer
- £30,000 - £32,000 salary

  • Monday
  • Friday (Approx 37.5 hours)
  • Office Based in Trafford Park with Hybrid on offer
