Learning and Development Area Trainer - Bupa Care Services
Locations:
Office base will be London office however this role is field based, and you will be area trainer for the Oxford Region
Flexible / Hybrid working options negotiable, travel is required as part of the role
6 month Fixed term, full-time position:37.5hours
Salary range:
£25,000 - £26,200

Role Overview
As the area Trainer you will deliver effective operational training as directed within the care homes and retirement Villages and support operations to achieve and maintain mandatory training compliance.
What you'll do:
- Deliver training and facilitate learning using a range of training methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles.
- Support and facilitate access to elearning and eassessment for all staff as required.
- Deliver the Induction/Mandatory training requirements
- Establish a purposeful and motivating training and learning environment where learners with diverse learning needs feel safe, secure, confident, and valued
- Communicate effectively and promote awareness of the training opportunities and planned training activity
What you'll bring:
- Communicates effectively and appropriately in written, oral and nonverbal form, structuring and presenting information clearly and effectively
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good administrative skills
