Job Description:


This is a fantastic opportunity to join Zenith Global as a Talent Advisor within the fast-paced Talent Team, traditionally known as HR.

You'll work closely with the Talent Partner and the wider Talent community supporting the relevant departments and managers. We are looking for someone who is proactive and keen to support the delivery of effective people initiatives.

No two days will be the same, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Support the Talent Partner in delivering talent plans. Building effective relationships with employees and managers across a number of different departments
  • Develop coaching relationships with managers to build their capability in managing people and performance management
  • Manage ER issues such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness and PIPs. Providing advice and training to managers, ensuring legislation and company policy are adhered to.
  • Support Talent Partner with organisational restructures and any TUPE processes, and/or redundancies.
  • Work closely with Talent Operations to maintain and update policies and processes
  • Contribute to Talent initiatives and change projects as directed by the wider Talent Team, working collaboratively with the Team to deliver to deadlines
  • Work with managers to ensure everyone attends induction, probation objectives are being set and reviewed. Carrying out entrance interviews and analysing new joiner feedback.
  • Regularly attend department meetings to keep up to date with business context and changing industry
  • Support the coordination of salary reviews, collaborating with the Talent Partner and Talent Operations team to ensure current data is up to date. Supporting with communication around salary review process.
  • Collate and analyse talent data for reporting purposes (e.g. absence, diversity, turnover) working with Talent Operations team. Understand what the data means and how to use it

Qualifications:


Experience/skills required:


  • Great organisational, time management and administrative skills
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • Experience in working effectively in a changing and fastpaced environment with flexible approach
  • Experience in gathering and analysing employee data
  • Proven track of ER case management experience
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • CIPD Qualified, similar qualification or working towards
