Description
To work primarily independently and on own initiative with mínimal supervision to carry out the duties of the post.

Responsible for liaising with colleagues, the Data Information Analyst, and the Audit and Validation Officer to aid the process of efficient data capture.

Communicate sometimes complex and sensitive information in data format to both internal and external contacts Enter data onto, but not limited to:

NEIAA/BPT for early arthritis, NHS England Specialised Adult Rheumatology Service Dashboard, FLS-DB and DAWN, assisting colleagues in ensuring that data is complete in accordance with local and national timescales.

Support report findings and recommendations from data quality audits, liaising with appropriate stakeholders to ensure action is taken to resolve any problems identified.

Any other duties commensurate with the grade and in line with the requirement of the post. Ensure confidentiality is maintained in all communications and that documents and other sensitive information are secure at all times.

Support with communication for all medical, professional and allied medical staff, both within this Trust and with external organisations, and patients, using judgment to facilitate a successful outcome of all enquiries.

Contribute to the development of the Directorate, maintain close cooperation and liaison with team members and support the efficient functioning of the Trust as a whole, as required.

Liaise with other hospital departments, GPs and other health care agencies when required. Assist and help colleagues when the need arises.

Demonstrate and supervise workplace activities to other members of the team as required maintaining a high standard of service to the Clinical Teams.

Attend meetings, as required (except Clinical Performance meetings) to ensure effective communication with all service users.

Maximise the use of innovative IT systems.
