Description

Our client based in New Milton has an immediate requirement for a trainee to join their busy engineering team on a temporary to permanent business.

In this role you will be learning how to operate and set the companies CNC coiling machines.

This will involve one to one training from the very start for a period of 18 months to 2 years.

The right person needs to show commitment to the role, initiative andthe willingness to learn a career in the engineering industry.

The hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.

Pay rate will be £10.00 to £10.93 per hour to start dependent on experience; there will be set four monthly reviews to assess progress and the meeting of goals, any pay increases will be based on the progress ateach four-month assessment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire to get into the engineering sector, to learn a skilled trade within a growing business.
