Graduate Customer Service Agents x20 - Newcastle - Fully onsite - Up to £23,000

I've partnered with a Global IT Consultancy who are looking for x20 Graduate Customer Service Agents to join their existing team supporting a Major UK High Street Bank with supporting their customers with enquiries and requests on their personal lending accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and general questions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Perform data entry to accurately record customer information and interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling or sales is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Shift patterns are:
(6-8 week shift rotation pattern, allowing ample notice for scheduling)
Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8am - 6pm
